I am 29 years old and I always eat very sensibly. My diet consists of mainly organically grown fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. I have to give this product the highest rating! This was the product that I was looking for!! Also, As a “seeker of good health” I really have to recommend this product. While taking Bowtrol there were times when I felt a little uncomfortable because of gas. But, I no longer experience sharp pains or compaction.
Overall, the one thing that really bothered me was a kind of a queasy feeling I felt due to all the gas and water, but I felt that it just proved that the product was working.
As a side note remember that you must practice proper “Food Combining” principles. For example, your food won’t digest properly if you have dessert with a meal. Why?? Sweets are digested in the small intestine, carbohydrates are digested initially in the stomach.
